You’ll own our product roadmap, conduct dynamic client-facing demos, create our demo playbook, and develop innovative solution learning paths for our customers. With a 90% focus on functional, value-based presales and 10% technical presales responsibilities, you'll ensure that our clients experience the full potential of our cutting-edge solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Product Roadmap: Take charge of our product direction, ensuring it meets client needs.
  • Engage Clients: Deliver captivating demos and presentations to senior executives.
  • Develop Playbooks: Create and maintain our demo playbook for consistent and effective demonstrations.
  • Drive Solutions: Manage demos, trials, pilots, and solution deals, showcasing our platform’s capabilities.

Who You Are:

  • Proficiency in Software Configuration & Demonstration: Ability to configure and demonstrate software solutions with enthusiasm and conviction.
  • Experience with E-Learning Vendors or Complex SaaS Products: Prior experience with e-learning platforms or complex SaaS products.
  • Passion for Cloud Technologies: A strong interest in cloud technologies is a plus.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail in both content and presentation.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Ability to think quickly and adapt to customer needs.
