Growth Technology Ltd is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major ERP implementation and support wider business transformation across the organisation. This is a high-profile role requiring someone who can take full ownership of the project—from initial discovery and process mapping through to system selection, implementation, testing, training and successful go-live.

Our previous ERP implementation highlighted the importance of strong project leadership, clear accountability and genuine engagement across the business. We are therefore looking for a commercially minded Project Manager who will challenge where necessary, maintain momentum and ensure that internal stakeholders and external implementation partners deliver against agreed objectives.

The role will include:

  • Developing and maintaining the overall project plan, budget, timetable and governance framework
  • Leading discovery sessions across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Warehousing and other key functions
  • Documenting current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Translating operational requirements into clear system and functional specifications
  • Coordinating internal stakeholders, software providers, consultants and implementation partners
  • Managing project risks, dependencies, decisions and change requests
  • Holding all parties accountable for agreed actions and deadlines
  • Providing clear and regular progress reports to the senior leadership team
  • Overseeing data migration, system configuration, testing and user acceptance
  • Developing training, communication and change-management plans
  • Supporting the business through go-live and post-implementation stabilisation
  • Ensuring the completed solution delivers measurable operational and commercial benefits

About you

You will be an experienced Project Manager with a strong record of delivering ERP or similarly complex, cross-functional business systems projects. You should have:

  • Demonstrable experience of managing an ERP implementation from discovery through to go-live
  • Strong project governance, planning and risk-management skills
  • The confidence to challenge senior stakeholders and external providers constructively
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
  • A practical understanding of finance, supply chain, inventory, sales and operational processes
  • Experience of data migration, testing, training and organisational change
  • A structured, hands-on approach with close attention to detail
  • The ability to maintain momentum and deliver within agreed timescales and budgets

Desirable qualifications and experience:

  • A recognised Agile qualification, such as AgilePM, Scrum Master or equivalent
  • A Lean Six Sigma qualification, ideally Green Belt or above
  • PRINCE2, APM, PMP or another recognised project-management qualification
  • Experience applying Agile, Lean or continuous-improvement methodologies within a business-transformation programme
  • Experience within a manufacturing, distribution, horticultural or product-based business

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a business-critical programme and play a central role in shaping how Growth Technology operates and develops in the future. To apply, please send your CV and a brief summary of the ERP or business-transformation projects you have successfully delivered.
