FP&A Manager Hybrid – North West (2 days per week) Competitive Salary + Benefits A rapidly expanding organisation delivering innovative, data-driven services across the UK is seeking a commercially minded FP&A Manager to join its finance leadership team. This is a key role in driving financial insight, planning, and performance as the business continues to scale. The Role Reporting to the Finance Director, the FP&A Manager will take ownership of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring the business has the insight and control required to deliver its ambitious growth agenda. You will lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles, develop and maintain robust financial models, and provide actionable analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Lead the end-to-end budgeting, reforecasting, and long-range planning processes. * Deliver insightful management information and KPI reporting to senior leadership and investors. * Partner with operational and clinical leaders to interpret performance and identify opportunities for improvement. * Develop and enhance financial models to support decision-making, scenario planning, and investment appraisal. * Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, data integrity, and business intelligence tools. * Support strategic projects including new service launches, M&A activity, and integration initiatives. * Manage and develop a small team, fostering a culture of commercial curiosity and analytical excellence. About You * Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong FP&A experience in a growth or multi-site environment. * Exposure to, or understanding of, the healthcare sector such as private medical, clinical services, or health tech is highly advantageous. * Commercially astute with the ability to influence at senior level and challenge constructively. * Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability; experience with Power BI or similar tools desirable. * A proactive mindset with a passion for insight, performance improvement, and business partnering.
