We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Care Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our complex care home care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising care staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. Duties
- Supervise and support care staff in delivering personalised care plans to residents, ensuring all needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
- Conduct regular assessments of care quality and implement improvements where necessary.
- Oversee the scheduling of staff shifts and allocate resources efficiently to meet service demands.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to resident care, staff rotas, and incident reports using IT systems.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive working environment.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to coordinate resident care effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and organisational standards.

Skills
