Behind every great meal is a kitchen that cares—and we’re looking for a passionate Kitchen Manager to lead ours.
It's 30 hours a week with alternate weekend. 7am to 3.30 pm. working 3 days a week.
This isn’t just about cooking.

From seasonal, locally sourced menus to themed dining events that spark conversation and connection, you’ll be at the heart of our residents’ wellbeing.
You’ll work closely with our care teams, get to know each resident’s tastes and needs, and take pride in serving meals that are as nourishing as they are memorable.
You’ll manage the kitchen with warmth and professionalism—coaching your team, maintaining the highest hygiene standards, and keeping everything running smoothly to rota, including alternate weekends.
We’re looking for someone with a Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification, solid experience in a care or catering setting, and a natural ability to lead with kindness.
