Growth Recruitment is expanding its team of dedicated support professionals! We’re looking for support workers, care assistants, and healthcare assistants. You will provide essential care and support to individuals in various settings, including residential homes, supported living environments, and private family homes. Delivering person-centered care, you’ll work directly with clients and families to build routines that promote dignity, independence, and well-being. You’ll have the chance to build meaningful relationships while making a tangible difference in people’s lives.

Daily responsibilities will vary depending on the individual’s needs but may include the following:

  • Personal care and hygiene support
  • Medication administration and reminders
  • Promoting social engagement and community access
  • Meal preparation and nutritional support
  • Mobility assistance and physical support
  • Complex care (where trained)
  • Domestic duties and light housework
  • Emotional support and companionship
  • Recordkeeping and daily reporting

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check (or PVG in Scotland) and provide two verifiable professional references.
  • Strong communication skills and a good level of spoken English.
  • Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer Skilled Worker or Student visa sponsorship).
