Responsibilities

  • Driving identification and initial screening and appraisal of new investment opportunities.
  • Managing pipeline of new investment opportunities.
  • Investment appraisal, including supporting business valuation exercises, financial modelling, and Investment Memo preparation.
  • Supporting market research into new ideas and business opportunities.
  • Researching and preparing detailed case studies and discussion documents.
  • Opportunity for further education via relevant qualifications.

Qualifications

  • On track to achieve (or recently achieved) a 1st/2:1 from a Russell Group / other top tier university.
  • Relevant work experience (internships, placements) not required but useful.
  • Intelligent, adaptable, curious, creative, and confident.
  • High work output and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Have made impact in a particular area of interest such as volunteering, societies, or sports.
  • Good judgement, and ability to make sense of ambiguity and complexity.
  • Demonstrable interest in entrepreneurial consumer businesses, markets, and investments.
  • Ambitious with great attitude toward learning.
  • Have right to work in the UK.
