What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a DTC E-Commerce web designer who can translate a strategic CRO Page Brief into developer-ready Figma designs. This role is for someone who understands conversion design principles & understands what good looks like in the E-Commerce design space. We're looking for someone who's comfortable using AI tools to improve design speed e.g. creating wireframes, v1 designs and writing copy. You’ll work closely with CRO strategists to execute designs for high-performing E-Commerce pages (Homepage, PDPs, Landing Pages etc) that look good and also convert.

Responsibilities

  • Design conversion-focused Shopify pages (Landing pages, Homepages, PDPs etc)
  • Translate CRO briefs into developer-ready Figma designs
  • Apply CRO best practices and conversion principles to Figma designs
  • Write concise UX copy (CTAs, microcopy, product highlights)
  • Design mobile-first, responsive experiences
  • Build scalable layouts using Figma Auto Layout, components, and variables
  • Collaborate closely with developers for a clean handoff
  • Deliver ~3-5 page designs per week consistently

Skills & Experience Required

  • 5+ examples of E-Commerce Pages designed
  • 2+ years DTC E-Commerce web design experience
  • Advanced Figma skills (Auto Layout, components, variables)
  • Strong understanding of Conversion Design & Copywriting
  • Comfortable using AI for wireframes, v1 designs and copywriting
