We are looking for a highly skilled
UI/UX Designer
with deep Figma expertise to design high-performing e-commerce landing pages and Shopify components. You will create
developer-ready designs
based on briefs, brand guidelines, and CRO principles β with a strong focus on mobile-first layouts and conversion-led problem-solving.
Core Responsibilities
- Design
landing pages, homepages, sections, and components
for Shopify stores - Convert briefs into polished,
developer-ready Figma files - Execute clean, scalable, component-based layouts using AutoLayout, variables, styles, and design systems
- Create coherent mobile and desktop experiences using modern
e-commerce UX patterns - Produce landing pages that align with
CRO best practices
, marketing psychology, and consumer behaviour - Write clear, persuasive
UX copy
(CTAs, microcopy, headings) to support conversions - Ensure pixel-perfect spacing, alignment, and hierarchy
- Follow and adapt brand guidelines where required
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure clean handoff
- Meet weekly output goals (target:
4 landing pages/week
) and continually improve design efficiency
Required Skills
Figma Expertise
- AutoLayout, components, variables, styles
- Gradients, effects, and design systems
- Clean layer structure and file organisation
UI/UX Design Skills
- Responsive web design (mobile-first)
- Visual hierarchy, spacing, grids, and layout constraints
- Iconography and asset handling
- Custom graphics creation
- Strong understanding of brand identity
Copy & Communication
- Strong
UX writing
skills - Excellent English communication
- Clear, structured rationale behind design decisions
E-commerce & CRO Knowledge
- Understanding of e-commerce UX best practices
- Consumer psychology & buying behaviour
- CRO principles, high-conversion layouts, heuristics
- Familiarity with Shopify environments
Bonus Skills (Not required but highly valuable)
- Figma prototyping, masking, plugins, advanced file structuring
- Designing user flows and page journeys
- Experience with Shopify/Liquid design
- QA of developer builds
- Basic understanding of A/B testing and variant design
- Ability to interpret heatmaps, scroll maps, session recordings (Hotjar, Clarity, GA4)
- Client-facing communication (onboarding calls, Slack)
- Building design libraries / reusable components
