We are Growth Lending. We work with innovative and high-growth SMEs, accelerating their growth by providing bespoke growth capital. We have lent more than £1bn in the past ten years and have grown significantly with offices across the UK as well as in the US, Philippines and South Africa.
We seek an outstandingly well-networked and focused deal originator with the enthusiasm and energy required to seek out the best term debt opportunities. This person will lead the origination and execution of credit lines from £2m to £10 million across all UK B2B sectors. They will support a wide range of M&A and growth capital transactions.
You will bring a proven track record in sourcing, structuring and executing deals, and be capable of completing the depth of analysis required to balance risks and rewards. We bring creativity and originality to finance, so you must have the self-belief and drive required to look beyond the ordinary. Our amazing Execution team will support you in writing your deals, but ultimately, you must have the forensic attitude that enables you to get right into the detail.
