We do this by enabling underused hospitality businesses to sell well-known restaurant brands such as The Athenian and Coqfighter on delivery apps, from their existing kitchens.
The role involves taking our marketing efforts to the next level. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of brand, growth, and performance, driving sales for our partner restaurant brands across the UK whilst also building Growth Kitchen into a household name in the food sector.
If you are creative, a strategic thinker, love getting stuck into execution, and are excited by the challenge of building multiple brands at once, we would love to hear from you.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Own and execute brand marketing strategies and campaigns for key restaurant partners like The Athenian and Coqfighter to drive sales across our kitchen network.
- Develop and test a wide range of online and offline marketing tactics, both UK wide and location-specific - from social media campaigns and CRM to flyer drops and events - with the aim of attracting new and returning customers.
- Track performance across our kitchen network and identify high-impact strategies to lift sales per location, and develop these into repeatable playbooks.
- Continuously gather insights from customer interviews and data to identify further growth opportunities.
- Work with founders on broader PR and marketing activities.
Who You Are:
- Passionate about food, restaurants and all things brand, with a natural inclination to stay at the forefront of trends.
- Comfortable working with data, analytics, and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
- Comfortable building marketing strategies and rolling up your sleeves to get them live—fast.
- Highly organised, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and quickly adapting to new strategies, tools, and challenges.
- A passion for continuous learning, experimentation, and staying ahead of digital marketing and growth trends.
- The ability to develop strategies and own campaign delivery from idea to execution.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally for a restaurant, food or consumer brand.
- Deep understanding of consumer brand positioning and how to evolve and differentiate a brand voice.
- Proven ability to ideate and lead innovative marketing campaigns that deliver tangible results.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills to resonate with customers.
- Experience measuring the impact of marketing initiatives on customer acquisition and sales.
- Experience blending online and offline tactics, from digital content and social media to grassroots marketing, local activations, and community building.
- Competence using a wide range of marketing, content creation, and digital tools, including social media, video editing tools, and CRMs - and the confidence and initiative to find new tools to help you succeed.
- The ability to generate high quality video content is a big plus.
Benefits:
- Work directly with founders and with brand partner owners, executives & key decision makers.
- Have end-to-end ownership of the brands relationship, with a wide array of exposure to most aspects of the business.
- Be part of a fast growing startup at the cutting edge of the restaurant sector.
