Hiring for a mix of Senior SDR (1-2 years experience) and SDR (0-1 year experience) positions. Strong base & OTE (£40k+) 9-15 months promotion to AE with salary prospects nearly doubling.

About Us: Growth Kitchen is on a mission to make eating great food the norm. Our platform enables kitchen operators (e.g. Hilton Hotel) to sell well-known restaurant brands, such as The Athenian or GBK, from their existing kitchens. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for building our network of kitchen operators. The role is based in London and offers the opportunity to call and visit prospective kitchen partners around the country. Along the way, you will meet and work with restaurants and entrepreneurs, helping them boost their revenues and profits. This is a junior sales position, guided through rigorous training and provided with calling scripts and support.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Generate business opportunities by calling and visiting restaurants in and out of London.
  • Carry out meetings with leading restaurants virtually, at their sites, and at Growth Kitchen sites.
  • Explain our concept to restaurants, leading conversations all the way to closing deals.
  • Help us build a scalable sales organisation.
  • Build a career in sales.

Requirements:

  • Some work experience through placement, internship, or a full/part-time job.
  • Desire to get involved in dynamic startups, deal with curve balls, learn and build a career in sales.
  • Passion for the food sector and technology.
  • A clear communicator with the client at the front of their mind.
