This is one of the fastest ways to break into restaurant operations and account management in the UK delivery space. We’re hiring a Training & Launch Associate to lead the on‑ground rollout of new kitchen partners across the UK. You’ll be responsible for getting 4–5 kitchens live each week, turning new partners into fully operational, revenue‑generating sites. If you’ve worked in kitchens and want to step out of service but stay close to operations—this is that bridge.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Travel across the UK to launch and train new kitchen partners (4–5 per week)
  • Train teams on food prep, presentation, and brand standards
  • Take full ownership of launches—from planning to go‑live
  • Act as the face of Growth Kitchen on site
  • Work closely with Account Managers to hand over high‑performing sites
  • Feed real‑time insights back to improve how we launch kitchens

Why This Role Is Different

  • Most entry‑level roles don’t give you ownership—this one does.

Within Months, You’ll Have

  • Launched dozens of kitchens across the UK
  • Built direct relationships with operators
  • Developed real commercial and operational judgment
  • This role is designed as a stepping stone into Account Management, with a clear progression path as you prove yourself.

Requirements

  • Experience working in restaurants or professional kitchens (essential)
  • Ready to travel regularly and manage a fast‑moving weekly schedule
  • Confident training and leading teams you’ve just met
  • Highly organised and comfortable working independently
  • Ambitious—you want to move into Account Management or operations
  • Resilient and adaptable under pressure

Benefits

  • Clear progression into Account Management
  • Exposure to multiple restaurant brands and delivery platforms
  • Stock options, pension, and health insurance
  • A fast‑learning environment where performance is recognised quickly
