Growth Kitchen is hiring a Commercial Growth Manager to own the commercial success of a portfolio of 3–4 restaurant brands across the Growth Kitchen platform. You will drive revenue per store, improve conversion, and strengthen partner relationships while solving problems and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

You will work directly with restaurant founders, delivery platforms and internal teams to launch initiatives, optimize menus and growth plans, and continually enhance performance.
