About Growth Kitchen
Growth Kitchen is on a mission to transform how the world eats, by bringing amazing restaurant experiences to millions of underserved customers across the UK. We do this by enabling underused hospitality businesses (pubs, hotels, restaurants) to sell well-known restaurant brands such as Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK), The Athenian, Little Dessert Shop, and Coqfighter on delivery apps, from their existing kitchens.
The role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to help our partner brands grow across our kitchen network. You will work across brand growth, delivery app performance, promotions, ads, launch playbooks, and commercial partnerships. In simple terms, your job is to help our brands grow sales by making sure they are easy to find, attractive to order from, and supported by strong commercial and marketing initiatives.
A big part of the role will focus on improving performance across Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat. You will work closely with delivery app partners, our partner brands' marketing teams, Growth Kitchen brand managers, and our operations team to identify opportunities, run experiments, secure support, and turn what works into repeatable playbooks. Over time, this role will grow into wider commercial ownership, helping Growth Kitchen negotiate better terms, marketing contributions, and growth plans with both delivery apps and restaurant brand partners.
This is a great role for someone who is analytical, organised, commercially minded, and excited by the challenge of owning growth for the company.
Responsibilities
- Work with delivery apps to secure marketing support, campaign inclusion, co‐funding, and better visibility
- Track marketing contributions and commercial commitments from delivery apps and brand partners
- Help negotiate better marketing support, co‐funding, and commercial terms with apps and brands
- Make sure agreed support from apps and brands is properly tracked, followed up, and delivered
- Work closely with the marketing teams of our partner brands to align on campaigns, offers, and growth opportunities
- Plan and manage promotional calendars across brands, apps, and locations
- Manage delivery‐app ads, aiming to maximise return on ad spend and sales per site
- Build launch playbooks to help new sites grow faster in their first 12 weeks
- Run experiments across offers, ads, app visibility, and launch activities, then turn what works into repeatable playbooks
- Support broader Growth Kitchen growth projects where they help us build trust with brands, hosts, apps, and industry partners
Who you are
- Comfortable working with data, analytics, and performance metrics to make decisions
- Highly organised, with strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Commercially minded - you care about sales, margin, spend, and measurable impact
- A strong communicator who can work well with brands, delivery apps, founders, and internal teams
- Comfortable building plans and rolling up your sleeves to get them live quickly
- Confident managing external partners and holding them accountable
Experience required
- 2-5 years of experience in a growth, marketing, management consulting, or founder's associate role
- Experience working with performance data and using it to improve results
- Experience building quantitative reports, dashboards, or trackers to drive decision making
- Experience managing strategic projects, campaigns, and promotions
- Strong organisational skills and evidence of managing multiple work‐streams at once
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in food, restaurants, delivery, marketplaces, retail, or consumer brands is helpful, but not required
Benefits
- Work directly with founders, partner brands, and delivery app partners
- Help shape how well‐known restaurant brands scale across the UK
- High ownership in a fast‐growing startup at the cutting edge of the restaurant sector
- Competitive salary

- Cycle‐to‐work scheme
- Competitive stock options
- 25 days of holiday + bank holidays
