Growth Kitchen is on a mission to make eating great food the norm. Our platform enables kitchen operators (e.g. Hilton Hotel) to sell well-known restaurant brands, such as The Athenian or Coqfighter from their existing kitchens. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for building our network of kitchen operators. The role is based in London and you will have the opportunity of calling and visiting prospective kitchen partners around the country. Along the way, you will meet and work with some incredible restauranteurs and entrepreneurs, helping them boost their revenues and profits. This is an entry-level sales position, where you will be guided through rigorous training and will be provided with cold calling scripts and support.

Although we've raised significant investments and we're a profitable business, we're still a young and small team. This is not your average tech sales role. You will be part of a nimble sales team with lots of flexibility, working closely with the founders! We hold ourselves and everyone around us to high standards. If you want to have a major impact on our growth outlook while rocket fuelling your career in sales, you will love working here. We have an incredible sense of urgency to deliver on our mission and are growing fast.

What you will be doing:

  • Generate business opportunities by calling and occasionally visiting restaurants in and out of London
  • Carry out meetings with leading restaurants virtually, at their sites and at Growth Kitchen sites
  • Explain our concept to restaurants, leading conversations all the way to closing deals
  • Help us build a scalable sales organisation
  • Build a career in sales

Requirements:

  • Recently (2023-2026) graduated from a top-tier university
  • Work experience through placement, internship, or a full/part-time job
  • Desire to get involved in young startups, deal with curve balls, learn and build a career in sales
  • Passion for the food sector and technology
  • A clear communicator with the client at the front of their mind

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Stock options
  • Pension Scheme
  • 25 days of holiday + Bank Holidays
