Every Wellbeing is seeking an experienced Mental Health First Aid Instructor to deliver MHFA training on our behalf. This role involves working directly with organisations and learners, representing Every Wellbeing's values, tone, and approach to workplace wellbeing. You will be responsible for delivering structured, engaging MHFA sessions, managing the delivery process from start to finish, and maintaining high professional standards throughout. This role suits someone who is confident, organised, and comfortable delivering training independently while aligning with an established brand and framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Mental Health First Aid training sessions in line with MHFA standards and Every Wellbeing delivery expectations
- Represent Every Wellbeing professionally when working with client organisations and learners
- Prepare for sessions, including reviewing materials and understanding client context where provided
- Manage delivery-related administration, including attendance records, learner communication, and required post-session documentation
- Communicate clearly with learners, clients, and Every Wellbeing before and after sessions
- Travel to client locations when required
- Maintain accurate records and submit delivery information promptly
Essential Requirements
- Accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor status
- Minimum of two years' experience delivering MHFA training
- Proven experience delivering training in workplace or organisational settings
- Clear, confident communication style suitable for diverse audiences
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage delivery-related administration
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in all aspects of work
- Willingness to travel across the UK when required
- Comfortable working independently while following agreed delivery frameworks
Desirable Experience
- Experience delivering training to managers, or mixed-level workforces
- Understanding of workplace wellbeing, mental health at work, or organisational challenges
- Experience adapting delivery style to suit different organisational cultures
