We put our team first
Our team is more important than our profits. Don’t get us wrong, we love profit, but we also love seeing smiling faces on our calls.
We don’t work with a$$holes
Clients or colleagues. No ifs, no butts (pun intended), no maybes. We’ve built a team on mutual respect and we don’t hire anyone that doesn’t agree.
We are inclusive
We’re ourselves, so you should be too. Our culture supports our diversity. We embrace our differences and want our team to feel comfortable in the skin they’re in.
Everyone has a voice
We don’t believe in hierarchy. We make sure everyone’s ideas and opinions are heard, considered and respected.
We support our team
We focus on creating an environment where our team can thrive in their career. We offer support, mentorship and anything they need to get them to where they want to go.
We’re fully remote
You can work from the beach, the sofa or the toilet. We don’t care as long as you’re getting your work done… and not joining video calls from the loo.
