Chevening is the UK government’s international scholarship programme that enables future leaders from the Philippines to pursue a fully funded one-year master’s degree at any UK university. Beyond academic studies, scholars join a global alumni network shaping positive change worldwide.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Citizen of the Philippines
- Commitment to return to the Philippines for a minimum of two years after the award
- Strong academic background and leadership potential
- Hold an undergraduate degree equivalent to a UK bachelor’s
- At least two years (2,800 hours) of work experience
- Apply to three different eligible UK university courses and receive at least one unconditional offer
- Fully funded one-year master’s degree at any UK university
- Full coverage of university tuition fees
- Monthly living stipend
- Round-trip travel costs to and from the UK
- Arrival and departure allowances
- Travel grant to attend exclusive Chevening events in the UK
