GIC is looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to join their Emerging Market Macro team in London. In this role, you’ll manage a discretionary portfolio focused on rates, FX, and sovereign credit in emerging markets. You’ll leverage your expertise to identify investment opportunities and collaborate with a talented team to drive performance.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a discretionary portfolio across rates, FX, and sovereign credit.
- Identify macro and micro-driven investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with strategists to create actionable trade ideas.
- Execute trades efficiently and manage risk effectively.
- Build a network with central banks and policymakers.
What You Need
- 10–15 years of experience managing macro portfolios.
- Strong track record in rates, FX, and sovereign credit.
- Deep understanding of CEEMEA economies and political risks.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior audiences.
- Experience mentoring junior investment professionals.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
