What You’ll Do
- Monitor ongoing portfolio performance and compliance.
- Engage with deal teams to identify and document risk concerns.
- Evaluate European CRE debt transactions and investments.
- Review investment committee memos and prepare risk commentary.
What You Need
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate lending or related fields.
- Strong understanding of CRE credit fundamentals and financial modeling skills.
- Experience reviewing legal documentation and identifying risks.
- Ability to communicate clearly and document analysis effectively.
