What You’ll Do

  • Monitor ongoing portfolio performance and compliance.
  • Engage with deal teams to identify and document risk concerns.
  • Evaluate European CRE debt transactions and investments.
  • Review investment committee memos and prepare risk commentary.

What You Need

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate lending or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of CRE credit fundamentals and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience reviewing legal documentation and identifying risks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and document analysis effectively.
