- Be the go-to person for questions about processes and policies.
- Coordinate with external parties like legal counsels and custodians.
- Help manage KYC documentation and funding processes.
- Keep track of deal closing tasks and documentation.
What You Need
- Familiarity with the investment sector and private equity.
- Knowledge of private transaction documentation and company secretarial practices.
- Experience with private credit settlements is a plus.
- Understanding of the commercial and regulatory environment for private transactions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
