We hire from our invite-only community of over 450 senior marketing people from the major startups in London, and have worked closely with the likes of Metaview, ZOE, Dex, DrSquatch, ElevenLabs, Granola, Fyxer and Attio.
We operate very differently to a normal recruiter as:

- We advise clients on wider issues such as how to structure teams, international expansion, remuneration and progression planning
- We have deep expertise in marketing and produce our own events and thought-leadership
- We are very selective on who we work with and turn down clients that we don’t feel are right for us
We're looking for a Talent Scout to work directly with our clients and candidates.
Tasks:
- Build relationships with senior marketing leaders and founders
- Manage key recruitments projects from end to end
- Deep dive with the client on the nuances the business is facing and what is required
- Set the strategy and plan for the project
- Lead the day to day running of the project
- Conduct interviews with senior leaders
- Support candidates and clients through the matching process
Key requirements
- Smart
- Proactive. Side hustles and other evidence of proactivity
- Results and performance driven. A passion for going the extra mile and hitting targets
- Strong communicator and high EQ. Can build relationships with a variety of different people
- Passion for marketing and startup culture
- Willing to get stuck in - can-do attitude
- Based in London
- No requirement on years of experience - early career welcome
