Job Description
We're working with a brilliant AI startup that are looking for their first Product Designer to join them as they go through a stage of exciting growth.
Having already had a ton of success, and solid investment, this role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer to join and really elevate the experience across this brand's range of digital products. You'll be ensuring exceptionally high design standards across the various touch points, fundamentally instilling high levels of trust with their users.
What you'll be doing:
- Defining and maintaining clear UX/UI principles to ensure consistency, usability, and a polished visual experience across all products
- Working closely with engineers to design new features, balancing functionality with strong design
- Ensuring a unified and intuitive user journey from onboarding through ongoing engagement
- Leading the design of their marketing site, aligning it with product experience and brand identity
- Gathering insights into their users' behaviour and translating these into thoughtful design solutions that build trust and position the brand as number one in their market.

- You've got a strong portfolio that showcases several end-to-end case studies, including your UX process and thinking, and your eye for beautiful, clean visuals
- You've previously worked at a fast-growing and early-stage company
- You're easily able to balance speed with quality when it comes to your work
