Joining an industry-leading health and supplement company, you will manage CRM as a cornerstone of the brand's marketing engine. You will be responsible for the end-to-end customer lifecycle, ensuring that every touchpoint—from the first welcome email to long-term subscription loyalty is optimised for engagement and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer journey roadmap, utilising cohort analysis and repurchase patterns to drive growth.
- Own all automated flows (welcome, replenishment, win-back) and execute high-performing email campaigns backed by rigorous A/B testing.
- Optimize the brand's loyalty platform to improve member activation and align rewards with subscription goals.
- Produce structured performance reporting, translating database insights into actionable recommendations for the wider brand and ecommerce teams.
- Maintain peak deliverability and database health, ensuring GDPR compliance and high inbox placement.
Accountabilities
- Full end-to-end CRM channel management and revenue performance.
