We're working with one of Europe's fastest-growing DTC brands, and they're looking for a Retention Manager to join them! If you love diving into data and coming up with creative ways to delight, engage and retain customers, this could be the perfect next step for you.

Your role will involve:

  • Looking holistically at the end-to-end customer journey, segmenting various customer groups and consistently finding ways to increase LTV
  • Working with the wider team on strategy and how you can improve upon the various touchpoints
  • Acting as the true voice of the customer - understanding their needs, motivations, and challenges
  • Leading their email & CRM strategy and implementation
