What You'll Do

  • Own acquisition strategy across Meta, PPC, SEO and new channels
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing growth team
  • Optimise £500K+ monthly budgets with creative-led campaigns
  • Oversee experimentation, creative testing and channel diversification
  • Dive into campaign execution when needed
  • Collaborate with product, data and brand teams to improve full-funnel performance
  • Build scalable systems for attribution, reporting, and growth
