Job Description
Our client, a leading DTC wellness brand, is looking for a Product Lead to drive and shape their digital experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the company’s website and end-to-end digital experience
- Conduct customer research to understand motivations, pain points and barriers to purchase
- Develop hypotheses and lead structured experimentation (A/B tests, pricing, UX flows) to improve conversion, retention and lifetime value
- Collaborate with an external development agency to implement improvements
- Align product changes with broader marketing and commercial strategies alongside the growth team
- Rethink pricing and product positioning to optimise for both user needs and business goals
- Build and manage a clear prioritisation framework for digital initiatives, rooted in commercial impact
- Communicate rationale, progress and results effectively to founders and cross-functional teams
About You
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to optimise for P&L impact
- Experience owning a digital product or website in a DTC or consumer-facing business
- Skilled in customer insight – conducting interviews and spotting patterns
- Proficient in experimentation and iterative optimisation (CRO, pricing, subscription models)
- Excellent prioritisation skills and stakeholder management
- Genuine interest in wellness and creating meaningful impact
