We\βre hiring a Performance Manager for a fast-growing probiotics startup to take ownership of performance marketing across Meta and other channels. The business is scaling rapidly (think triple-figure YoY growth π€―) and needs a data-driven, creative thinker to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
This role is all about performance marketing, but with a heavy emphasis on creative β from helping to develop high-performing ad creatives to launching and optimising campaigns. The ideal candidate will blend performance marketing expertise with creative strategy, ensuring every ad is designed to convert.
Key Responsibilities:
π± Paid Social Strategy & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end strategy and implementation for Meta and TikTok ads, ensuring strong ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimise campaigns to drive scalable customer growth.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and best practices to unlock new performance opportunities.
π¨ Creative Strategy & Ideation
- Analyse top-performing ads, develop hypotheses, and test new creative approaches.
- Work with the in-house brand team as well as designers, freelancers, and content creators to produce high-impact ad assets, including UGC, motion graphics, and statics.
- Help lead creative brainstorming sessions, ensuring ad angles and messaging align with customer insights.
π Experimentation & Performance Optimisation
- Run structured A/B tests to optimise ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
- Use data-driven insights to iterate and refine creatives for better performance.
- Leverage analytics to inform audience targeting, budget allocation, and bidding strategies.
π€ Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with the founders, CEO, and wider team to align performance marketing with overall growth objectives.
- Brief and manage freelancers, agencies, and creators, ensuring creative consistency and high-quality execution.
- Provide clear reporting and insights to internal stakeholders on ad performance and strategic recommendations.
Ideal Candidate:
π Paid Social Expert. Proven experience managing high-performance Meta & TikTok campaigns. A nice-to-have would be experience with Google paid search.
