Job Description Are you an expert in performance marketing, ready to lead growth efforts for a luxury/premium D2C brand? We’ve partnered with one of the Top-10 fastest-growing businesses in the UK. They are looking to in-house the performance marketing function, starting with a Performance Lead to scale customer acquisition, revenue, and profitability, with a primary focus on Meta paid social. 🚀🚀🚀 Key Responsibilities Meta Paid Social: Own and optimise Meta as the core growth channel, driving ad ideation, testing, and execution to maximise performance. Collaborate with creative strategists on ad briefs and work with designers to deliver impactful campaigns. Provide detailed performance insights to inform ongoing strategy and improve ROI. Other Channels: Partner with external teams to drive growth in Google Ads and SEO. Manage affiliate and referral programs, focusing on incremental gains.
