We’re hiring 7 different Performance Creative Strategists to drive paid advertising success for some of the fastest-growing DTC e-commerce brands in the UK.

Role(s) Overview:

As a Performance Marketing CreativeStrategist, you’ll take ownership of creative strategy for paid advertising, working to optimise performance across multiple channels and regions. You’ll blend research, conceptual thinking, and execution to deliver results. This is a unique opportunity to work for a fast-growing brand, leveraging your creativity and analytical skills to shape their success.

N.B. This is a creative role that would be highly focused on paid social as opposed to brand campaigns via other channels (TV, etc.) If you enjoy and have experience in the fast-paced world of Meta and TikTok, read on!

What You’ll Do:

🧠 Creative Strategy:

  • Study winning ads, spot trends, and uncover what works.
  • Turn customer insights into high-performing ad strategies.

  • Brainstorm fresh ideas, test new angles, and push creative boundaries.

📊 Performance Execution:

  • Optimise assets for Meta, TikTok, Google, and whatever’s next.
  • Test, tweak, repeat—structured experimentation is your jam.

🤝 Collaboration:

  • Brief freelancers, wrangle agencies, and rally internal teams to produce top-tier ads.
  • Keep everyone aligned with clear, actionable comms.
