Our client, an exciting fast-growing brand in the women's wellness space, is looking for a Creative Strategy Lead to join their team.
What you'll do:
- Lead creative strategy for paid social channels, primarily Meta, with TikTok and YouTube also included.
- Use customer insights, market data, and performance results to develop creative ideas and testing plans.
- Manage the full creative process, including briefing, production, and a small in-house team of two direct reports, plus agency partners.
- Work closely with performance marketing, brand, CRM, and product teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
- Communicate creative testing results and business impact (like customer acquisition costs and lifetime value) to senior leadership.
Who you are:
- Experienced senior creative strategist from DTC, health/wellness, or subscription businesses with strong performance marketing knowledge.
