A fast-growing healthtech startup is transforming how people access healthcare. Backed by strong growth and a bold mission, they\’re now looking for a Paid Social Lead to scale acquisition and lead multi-channel performance across Meta, PPC and emerging platforms.
What You\’ll Do
- Own acquisition strategy across Meta, PPC, SEO and new channels
- Manage and mentor a high-performing growth team
- Optimise £500K+ monthly budgets with creative-led campaigns
- Oversee experimentation, creative testing and channel diversification
- Dive into campaign execution when needed
- Collaborate with product, data and brand teams to improve full-funnel performance
- Build scalable systems for attribution, reporting, and growth
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in DTC/B2C performance marketing
- Deep Meta expertise with a creative-first mindset
- Proven ability to lead strategy and execution at scale
- Experience managing large budgets and senior-level reports
- Strong understanding of SEO, CRO and analytics
- Background in both agency and in-house environments
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, subscriptions or regulated industries
- Track record scaling startups in D2C/B2C markets
