Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer journey roadmap, utilising cohort analysis and repurchase patterns to drive growth.
  • Own all automated flows (welcome, replenishment, win-back) and execute high-performing email campaigns backed by rigorous A/B testing.
  • Optimize the brand's loyalty platform to improve member activation and align rewards with subscription goals.
  • Produce structured performance reporting, translating database insights into actionable recommendations for the wider brand and ecommerce teams.
  • Maintain peak deliverability and database health, ensuring GDPR compliance and high inbox placement.
