Your role will involve:
Looking holistically at the end-to-end customer journey, segmenting various customer groups and consistently finding ways to increase LTV
Working with the wider team on strategy and how you can improve upon the various touchpoints
Acting as the true voice of the customer – understanding their needs, motivations, and challenges
Leading their email & CRM strategy and implementation
