We're working with a global brand that's investing heavily in performance marketing and looking to add several Paid Social Managers to their growth team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of Meta and TikTok campaigns, testing new ideas, and learning how to scale performance in a structured way. You'll take ownership of paid social execution for a specific region, while working closely with creative, analytics, and regional teams.

What you'll be doing:
- Executing and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, managing budgets and tracking performance against growth KPIs.
- Working closely with creative teams to launch, test, and iterate on ad creatives β learning how to spot and scale winning content.
- Supporting structured testing across audiences, placements, bidding strategies, and creative concepts.
- Monitoring performance and contributing to reporting, sharing insights with regional and global stakeholders.
- Collaborating with analytics, CRM, and regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns support the full funnel.
- Keeping up with platform trends, competitor activity, and regional audience behaviour to surface new test ideas.
