Our client, a multi-brand education group redefining the next generation of healthcare talent, is looking for a Head of Growth to build and scale a high-performance, multi-brand growth engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Growth function across acquisition, lifecycle, CRO, analytics and experimentation.
- Own channel strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Develop a structured testing framework and optimise the full funnel across multiple brands.
- Lead the creative team to deliver high-impact, insight-driven content.
- Establish attribution, reporting and analytics foundations for data-led decisions.
- Introduce AI and automation to improve speed, efficiency and output.
- Partner with regional teams in the US & Australia to drive localised growth.
- Work directly with the CEO on forecasting, commercial decisions and growth strategy.
Your Experience
- Experience leading or building a Growth function, ideally across multiple brands or regions.
- Hands-on across performance channels, CRO, lifecycle marketing and analytics.
- Strong commercial mindset with deep understanding of CAC, payback and funnel metrics.
- Comfortable switching between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Confident implementing AI and automation within marketing workflows.
- Collaborative operator who works well with creative, product and regional teams.
