We're working with one of Europe's fastest-growing DTC brands, and they're looking for a Customer Retention Manager to join them! If you love diving into data and coming up with creative ways to delight, engage and retain customers, this could be the perfect next step for you.
Your role will involve:
- Looking holistically at the end-to-end customer journey, segmenting various customer groups and consistently finding ways to increase LTV
- Leading their email & CRM strategy and implementation
- Working with the wider team on strategy and how you can improve upon the various touchpoints
- Acting as the true voice of the customer – understanding their needs, motivations, and challenges
Their ideal profile:
- You have strong analytical skills and a love of data-driven decision making
- You come with a genuinely customer-obsessed mindset and have experience being hands-on at a growing DTC brand
- You’ve got sharp attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- You are creative, curious, and have a bias for action
- You’re comfortable working in a lean team – you collaborate, challenge, support, and elevate those around you
- Ideally you’ve got subscription experience too
WFH policy: 3 days/week – they have a lovely office in Central London!
