We are working with a high-growth Proptech startup and their sister company that are looking to hire a Creative Lead into their team! As a brand, they are passionate about innovation, customer satisfaction, data, and continuous growth. It’s a super exciting role as you’ll have real ownership across two growing brands, be building a creative function from scratch, and have a clear path to a Head of Creative as the business grows.
The Role
Ultimately, they’re looking for someone to run a Creative studio that supports business growth. Your role will involve:
- Owning creative end to end across two brands
- Leading performance and paid media creative in close partnership with Growth and Paid Media
- Managing freelancers to keep work shipping
- Owning creative direction for product marketing, launches, lifecycle and CRM
- Building the creative function over time, including hiring and deciding what stays freelance vs in-house
Their Ideal Candidate
- You have a strong background in performance-led creative and paid media
- You’re comfortable being hands-on before building and leading a team
- You’re able to turn data, insight and product value into clear, effective creative
- You have experience working closely with growth, product and GTM teams
- You’re interested in real ownership and building something properly from the ground up
