Our client, a fast-scaling consumer brand, is looking for a Brand & Comms Lead to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the company's brand strategy, lead standout campaigns and drive measurable impact across awareness, engagement and acquisition.

What you’ll do Own brand direction and success metrics, with campaigns built to deliver strong performance.

Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (social, web, PR, events, partners) that blend storytelling with measurable results.

Build brand-led acquisition funnels with Growth to drive acquisition and retention.

Source, negotiate and manage commercial/strategic partnerships that scale reach and value.

Lead and mentor a small team (2), overseeing creative output and day-to-day delivery.

Set KPIs, report on ROI and run A/B tests and other experiments to optimise creative and conversion.

Who you are Strong experience in brand, growth, or comms, ideally consumer tech or data-driven marketing.

Proven track record turning brand activity into measurable growth.

Comfortable with dashboards, analytics and performance reporting.

Creative, commercial, collaborative and biased to action.

High-ownership role where brand drives commercial outcomes.

Cross-functional influence across Growth, Product and Partnerships.

Fast-paced, scale-up environment with clear impact on acquisition and revenue.
