What You'll Do

  • Design and run lifecycle campaigns across email, push and in-app messaging
  • Optimise onboarding and activation flows
  • Build personalised journeys across touchpoints
  • Segment users and deliver targeted communications
  • Reduce churn and drive retention through experimentation and data
  • Collaborate with product to implement lifecycle tools
  • Analyse key metrics like LTV, engagement and retention
