This is a senior, hands-on marketing leadership role combining strategic thinking, creative direction and campaign execution.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver integrated brand marketing across both D2C and ambassador channels, ensuring the ambassador community remains central to brand storytelling.
- Bring the brand to life through joined-up campaigns spanning launches, incentives, events and always-on communications.
- Manage a team including marketing executives, content specialists and organic social.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, growth and brand belief.
- Create compelling marketing assets and tools that enable ambassadors to market confidently to their customers.
- Work closely with creative, digital, PR and product marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Align product launches and category campaigns with the wider brand calendar and strategy.
Who You Are
- Extensive experience in marketing, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, consumer brands or community-led businesses.
- Experienced in leading multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proven team leadership and people management experience.
- A strategic thinker with strong creative instincts, equally comfortable shaping ideas and delivering execution.
- Experience across both B2C and B2B/community marketing; familiarity with ambassador, direct selling or community-driven models is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of brand building, storytelling and community engagement.
