Our client, a high-impact D2C beauty and lifestyle brand, is hiring a Head of Social to lead and elevate their social presence across all platforms. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on strategy, creative innovation, and building both team capability and founder-led brand influence.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Leadership & Innovation
    • Partner with the founder to build their personal brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels
    • Lead platform strategy, with a focus on TikTok as a core growth and engagement engine
    • Champion a data-driven, “test and learn” approach to content, optimising for ROI and audience resonance
    • Lead, mentor, and grow the social media team, setting priorities and supporting professional development
    • Act as a senior voice in the business, influencing content strategy and pushing creative boundaries
    • Engage the brand’s community and ambassadors, giving them the tools and inspiration to share the brand story authentically
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Creative, Digital, PR, and Performance teams to ensure social is integrated across all marketing activities
    • Align social strategy with broader brand and growth objectives, balancing commercial and emotional impact

Who You Are

  • Extensive experience in social media and content, ideally in luxury beauty, lifestyle, or high-growth D2C brands
  • Proven leadership skills, able to manage teams and high-profile founder/personal brands
  • Deep, native understanding of social platforms and tailoring content to each channel
  • Resilient and persuasive, able to navigate strong opinions and champion innovative ideas
  • Purpose-driven, passionate about embedding brand values and social impact into the narrative
