Are you ready to drive the growth story at one of the UK’s fastest-growing consumer brands? We’re looking for a Head of Growth who thrives in high-velocity environments, loves experimentation, and is obsessed with performance marketing.

The Brand: In the past year, they’ve grown their UK customer base 6x, and team 3x backed by some of the world’s top investors. With a valuation north of $500M and a global footprint, they’re just getting started. What’s next? Reaching hundreds of thousands more customers, breaking into new markets, and building a world-class team that’s passionate about delivering life-changing results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and more, including affiliate and programmatic channels.
  • Own the customer acquisition funnel—track spend, acquisition costs, and competitive metrics to ensure we smash our targets.
  • Run rapid test-measure-learn cycles, sharing insights to supercharge creative and performance.
  • Take charge of attribution—think holdout testing, media mix modelling, and always getting the clearest view of what’s working.
  • Partner closely with brand teams to ensure performance and brand-building go hand-in-hand.
  • Identify new growth channels and move fast to capitalise on them.
  • Collaborate with global teams to share strategies and learnings.
  • Play a key role in building and shaping the UK marketing team.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

You have:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in performance marketing or customer acquisition roles for direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Proven ability to manage and scale large media budgets across multiple paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.).
  • Deep experience with channel attribution, using multiple data sources to accurately measure uplift and ROI.
  • Solid understanding of event tracking infrastructure (e.g. Meta Pixel, server-side tracking, Google Tag Manager) and best practices.
  • Comfortable navigating context switching between channels, brands, and campaign types in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to build and optimise high-converting marketing funnels.
  • A deep personal interest in marketing, advertising, and experimentation — you love being behind the wheel of high-impact campaigns.
  • Experience working closely with creative teams to produce ads that drive both attention and performance.
  • Hands-on experience in email marketing, with a strong interest or working knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow high-performing teams, ideally in cross-functional or growth-focused roles.
  • A track record of success within a fast-growing startup environment and the ability to thrive amid rapid change, ambiguity, and scaling challenges.
  • Experience working within a regulated industry (e.g. fintech, health, insurance, etc.) and understanding how to navigate compliance while driving growth.

Why Join?

  • Make an immediate, tangible impact—help change lives and scale a brand that matters.
  • Work alongside passionate, high-calibre teammates who care deeply about what they do.
  • Enjoy a generous benefits package including equity options, wellness allowance, enhanced parental leave, socials, and more.
  • Accelerate your career with regular feedback, a professional development budget, and up-skilling leave.
