About the job

Our client, a fast growing wellness consumer brand, is hiring a Head of Brand to lead on strategic initiatives and be the custodian of the brand position. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in a strategic role, bringing brands to life and measuring the impact!

Key responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Execute a commercially effective brand strategy.
  • Brand Guardianship: Be the brand leader! Own the brand strategy and positioning. Set and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and excellence across all channels, markets and partners.
  • Campaigns, Communications & Media: Own the campaign strategy, messaging and platforms for integrated brand campaigns, collaborating with other teams to bring these to life.
  • Product & Innovation Marketing: Ensure the brand strategy resonates across the product portfolio and innovation pipeline.
  • Ambassadors and Influencers: Define and lead the ecosystem of brand voices, experts, ambassadors and influencers.
  • Owned Channels & Community: Lead all organic brand channels, including social and community platforms. Build an engaged community that drives advocacy & retention.
  • Consumer Insight & Planning: Know the target consumer and embed this across the organisation.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Be a key member of the marketing leadership team and work closely with others to ensure seamless delivery from strategy through to execution.

Who You Are

  • Have extensive brand building experience in consumer goods businesses, Direct to Consumer, or Subscription.
  • Proven leadership skills, able to manage teams and high-profile founder/personal brands.
  • Be passionate and love what you do!
