A fast-growing, VC-backed fintech startup is on a mission to reinvent banking for international users. With a growing customer base, the team is now focused on deepening engagement, improving retention and maximising customer lifetime value through smart, data-driven lifecycle marketing.
What You'll Do
- Lead paid acquisition across Meta, Google Search, App Store and other platforms
- Scale user acquisition through structured A/B tests and channel experiments
- Build and optimise campaigns in partnership with external agencies
- Manage marketing budgets, CAC, ROAS and key funnel metrics
- Collaborate with product and design to improve conversion rates, landing pages and messaging
- Develop a framework for growth experiments and creative testing
- Drive marketing analytics, attribution and reporting
What You'll Bring
- Strong experience in performance or growth marketing
- Proven track record in managing acquisition campaigns for direct-to-consumer businesses
- Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel optimisation
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and App Store marketing
- Understanding of product marketing principles
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in marketing analytics tools
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
