Our client is looking for a Growth Lead to join their marketing team. This is a key hire focused on leading paid social performance (particularly across Meta), while managing a small internal team and agency partners. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who combines strategic thinking with strong executional skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimise paid social activity (primarily Meta), managing significant monthly budgets.
  • Manage and develop a team of creative strategists and external agencies to deliver high-performing content at scale.
  • Oversee testing frameworks and creative iteration to identify and promote top-performing ads.
  • Provide insights on campaign performance and guide budget allocation to maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on growth strategy while maintaining a hands-on approach to campaign delivery.
  • Support team development, learning, and continual improvement within the growth function.
