With over £6.2 million raised to date and a £10M profitable revenue business built in just 2.5 years, they’re looking for a Growth Product Lead (GPL) to drive innovative product strategies, enhance customer journeys, and lead “big bets” to scale growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Insights and Journey Optimisation:

  • Lead market and customer research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Manage customer lifecycles, driving upsells, cross-sells, and retention to maximise lifetime value.
  • Use data insights to design impactful features and solve customer problems.

Experimentation, Data Analysis, and Optimisation:

  • Drive A/B testing, experimentation, and performance analytics to refine strategies and boost growth metrics.
  • Implement feedback loops to continuously enhance the product experience.
  • Build personalised user engagement strategies to increase satisfaction and loyalty.

Lead Big Product Growth Bets:

  • Own the development and execution of high-impact product features that can transform the business.
  • Build business cases for new digital products and lead a product squad to deliver results.

Collaborate and Drive Execution:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, design, sales, operations) to align on growth priorities.
  • Define clear roadmaps and strategies while ensuring consistent execution.
