We are working with a fast-growing DTC wellbeing business who are looking to hire their founding Product Marketer. The aim is to build from £1m revenue to £10m and as such, you'll have the energy, drive and ability to thrive in an early stage, high growth, changeable environment.
You'll:
- Set the Growth Marketing strategy alongside a Director of Growth and execute on that strategy.
- Set the UK growth strategy, budget, forecast and operating plan.
- Have experience within DTC or consumer acquisition / subscription business.
- Additional points awarded if you've worked in a product marketing role.
- Plan acquisition strategies through performance marketing channels inc Meta, manage and run creative concepts, influencer and affiliates. Bring the product to life and be a strong story teller through your adverts, PR and copy.
- Be close to the detail initially, prove your concepts and build profitable revenue.
- Ultimately, this is an opportunity to have true accountability for UK Growth, in an already highly successful business.
You’ll be a strong fit if you have:
- DTC and/or subscription product led experience
- Growth, performance marketing or customer acquisition experience
- Previous ownership and a track record for growth.
