We're looking for a Founders Associate to work directly alongside our Founder - getting exposure across the entire company, and playing a key role in delivering for our clients and community.
Tasks
- Supporting on Growth & Company’s events
- Organising in-person breakfasts with industry leaders
- Setting the strategy for the year
- Sourcing partners to host co-branded events
- Supporting on Growth & Company’s marketing and content strategy
- Ideating and organising webinars. Sourcing the speakers and promoting the event.
- Creating Linked In content for the team
- Rebuilding the company website
- Producing thought-leadership content
- Supporting on client projects
- Preparing key documents for clients
- Speaking to candidates and partners
- Helping keep our community and network running smoothly
- Welcoming new members
- Key requirements
- Smart
- Proactive. Side hustles and other evidence of proactivity
- Strong communicator and high EQ. Can build relationships with a variety of different people
